PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Certified Caregiver Program:

1. Pay cost in full upon registration. No finance or setup fees. Total cost $567.

2. Balance of tuition options:

Option 1: Two Payments. Down payment of $283.50 with the balance of $283.50 due the first

week or weekend of class. Total cost $567.

Option 2: Pay the full tuition through a Mountain America Credit Union Educational

Line of Credit. Requires application, qualification and approval through MACU www.macu.com.

Application and requirements must be completed and submitted within 2 weeks of the start of the class.
