If you have completed your enrollment form at the class location then go directly to the Pay Now page and indicate the program in which you are enrolling in the notes section. If you have not completed the enrollment form at the class location, go directly to the Registration page and complete the form prior to making the payment.

 

In the notes area please include the students name if it is different from the card holder's name. Also, include any additional services you are paying for, i.e. TB skin test, stethoscope, etc.

Certified Caregiver Program:

1. Pay cost in full upon registration. No finance or setup fees. Total cost $567.

2. Balance of tuition options:

Option 1: Two Payments. Down payment of $283.50 with the balance of $283.50 due the first

week or weekend of class. Total cost $567.

Option 2: Pay the full tuition through a Mountain America Credit Union Educational

Line of Credit. Requires application, qualification and approval through MACU www.macu.com.

Application and requirements must be completed and submitted within 2 weeks of the start of the class.

CNA Bridge/ Medication Management Program:

1. Pay cost in full upon registration. No finance or setup fees. Total cost $328.

DCW Bridge Program:

1. Two Payments. Down payment of $202.50 with the balance of $202.50 due the first week or weekend of class. Total cost $405.
